I went over to my sister's house and her 2 year old girl kittie has small scabs all over her skin. She didn't know how to fix it and she has so many cats (she takes in strays onto her farm) that she cant afford to take them to the vet when their's a problem. The only thing is this is one of the special ones that stay's inside at all times. She doesnt appear to have fleas or anything, but might have in the past. Why would she still have this problem though?

It could be a skin infection. Try giving the cat a soak in the tub, warm water with some oatmeal *works for humans* keep her inside, wash her fur every couple days. There is an antibiotic that is safe for animal use, its called Baytril. Try this on her. If it is at all possible, take her to the vet.

Something is biting her and she is allergic to the bites. Check her bedding for fleas and any other place she likes to be. Also, flea powder her.
