I read some of your other stuff. I like you. You're sweet and funny so there must be other ppl around who like you that you don't even know about. I had very much the same problems as you in high school, only worse. I not only had this twitching but also paralysis and convulsions sometimes from having to make a speech. Talking to more than two friends at once used to scare me. Today, making speeches is a big part of my professional life and the audience never wants it to be over.
It's all about your perceptions and how much you challenge yourself to do the very things you are scared of. I thought I was ugly too but I later found out I was considered someone that ppl wanted to get to know and found it difficult due to my shyness. If there is something about yourself that you don't like, remember that a good smile covers everything b/c if you train yourself to project happiness and confidence ppl notice that smile more than how you look.
Here are some basic things you need to know:
1. People are generally more concerned with themselves and how they look and their own problems than you.
2. When you come in late and everyone turns to look, each person is doing that automatically b/c they are bored, and each only thinks of themselves as looking. They don't know that in your mind it is this big collective spotlight. They don't mean to intrude on you at all.
3. In the cases where they really do look more than a casual glance at you it is usually b/c they want to get to know you. It's not a negative. Unless they're laughing, they definitely don't think you're a freak. Even in instances where they do laugh, you can ape it up and get them on your side. Mostly, their looking just means they like you or some innocent thing like they want to compare what they are wearing to what you are wearing, worried that they might not be in style.
4. If you twitch or something, ppl will usually assume you are just being a clown. Play into that. Practice winking if you encounter a problem. Most of your anxiety will go away after that.
As soon as you can, start taking public speaking classes. I hope I helped you. I would be so happy if this turned things around for you.

Dont be afraid of what people think of you. People dont respect u alot if u keep ur head down alot and dont look them in the eyes when u are talkin. People are going to always judge u, till the day u die, and after that too. You cant let people's thoughts effect ur life. LIVE LIFE TO THE FULLEST. I know how it is not to fit into a "clique" in high school. I came to a school all by myself. I went from silly popular girl in Middle school, to quiet person in high school. Keep ur head up in the hallway, look at people if u need to. Avoiding eye contact can something be shown as a weakness. Don't let any person consider u weak. Be yourself.

Bring a pencil sharpener to school with you so you don't have to get up.
Walk down the middle of the hallways so you get lost in the crowd.
Really no one is looking at you, they are too self absorbed and worried about themselves and competing with their peers.

I don't think anything is wrong with you, but you might just have a confidence problem and just care too much what people think. I wouldn't worry about it, and just live life and be happy. :)
