Well, even though oodle said they were unsafe, I asked MY dentist and he said they were safe. I am also under sixteen. I specifically asked if CREST was okay and he said it was.

Teeth whitners are not safe for ANY one the only safe whitning method is if you go to a dentist and the will do a procedure. Any store bought methods could damage your teeth. And are very unhealthy. The would work in the beging but when you get older you would see the consequinces of the whitening.

Teeth whiteners can be damaging for anyones teeth regardless of age and most over the counter whiteners only whiten teeth one to two shades whiter which is not a noticable difference.
If you want your teeth whiter I would suggest asking your dentist for something safe and effective.

Yes, I am 14, and I have a brush on teeth whitening kit from Avon, and it works great. You just have to be careful, and no to swallow ANY whitening products. With the one I have, you have to-
First-Rinse w/ the mouthwash that comes w/ the kit
Second-Bruch on this clear stuff from a little bottle
Then-Repeat 10 min. later
I really hope this helps ;)
