Boxers generally want to pounce on anything small that moves fast: cats, squirrels, rabbits, hamsters. IF you had a rabbit (or cat, etc) & bought a Boxer pup into your house, that may work. If you have a grown Boxer and bring home a rabbit, I would supervise VERRRRY closely, keep the Boxer on a leash anytime he is around the rabbit, and never trust them alone together till at least 6 months to a year passed without any 'incidences'.

Do you mean goood as in will get along with? If so, it really depends on the dog. If your dog is calm, he might be able to get along with a bunny. If he is exciteable, aggressive, or overly playful, he probably won't. And even if your dog seems to like rabbits, you sould never leave him unsupervised with one, or his natural hunting instincts may take over and cause him to chase or kill the bunny.
Oh, and if your dog gets used to being around rabbits from a young age, he'll like them better...

Not at all. Boxers are there to protect your property, and will attack enything that move. Not a good idea.
