You can heat for a couple minutes in the microwave though. It needs to serve 2 people i have orange and purple koolaid, a small amount of chocolate chip ice cream, vanilla ice cream, hersey's chocolate syrup, apples, marshmellows, marshmellow fluff ( or whatever it is that you call that stuff), normal sugar, ice, and milk. It's because my sister and I are having a contest.

Take 2 apples, peel, slice into bite-size chunks, place in microwave-safe dish, sprinkle 2 teaspoons sugar over them and add 1/2 cup milk. Heat in microwave on high for 4 minutes.
Remove and serve slightly cooled apples over scoop of vanilla ice cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup.

Ok. I am stoned. So I THINK I can do this.
Take the apples and peel them and cut them in thin slices, not too thin but thin enough to fan out as a base of the plate.
Then take a teaspoon of marshmallow fluff, because that is the glue that will hold the ice cream onto the apple fan in the bottom of the plate.
Pop that down in the middle of the apple fan.
Put the ice cream on that side by side the two kinds. Take the orange and purple kool aid and sprinkle a little of the powder onto the vanilla ice cream only. To make it taste like creamy sherbet.
Drizzle your creation with syrup and VOILA!

mix the ice cream together. add Hershey's syrup.and a Little milk
for a sundae.
cut up the apples and stir in the fluff.

I would say make ice cream sundaes. . . . .When I first read your question, I was thinking a pudding, like instant jello but if you are limited to just those ingredients I would say ice cream sundaes are your best bet. Maybe if you have any cookies you could make ice cream sandwiches.

stoner sundae huh? well im stoned and i would either do ice cream, or have u ever thought about geting one of those jello no bake cakes? theyre really good and all u do is mix it and put it in the fridge over night to set. yummy!!! just go to the grocery prob in the jello isle.
