the person i know who is bipolar and taking medication, is handsome and has very nice personility. sometimes the personility is not so nice but he is still extremely handsome

It can definitely have an affect on your body, and physical appearance because some people with bipolar disorder have a tendancy to harm themselves. Also the extreme ups and down one with bipolar disorder can have can start to take an effect on there physical appearance, such as bags under their eyes, fine lines and wrinkles from stress, and your body can be affected by personal injury. So in the long run, definitely. It is very important to stay on your meds to avoid any harm to your body, and health.
