Currenty you can only get this on 40 inch TV's or higher. So do you think they will or not because most people say they cant tell between 720p and 1080p on a 32 inch TV????

Sony is a bit unwilling to label anything with 1080p, because at the moment, there's no such thing as a true 1080p signal. They're calling sets "full HD" instead, because there's no real way to know when 1080p will be available, or if it will even be supported by the current models.

You are correct. It is very hard to see the difference between 1080p and 720p (or 1080i) on anything smaller than 42".

I think TV Guy is correct, for small screen TV you wont be able to see the different. So far I never heard Sony is going to launch 1080p in small screen TV.

There is I'm not sure what model but it's the one they have displayed with PS3's. The only 1080p picture around are in some games, HD-DVDs. and Blu-ray movies.
