Theres a formal dance coming up at my school, and I have a dress to wear. However, I don't know what to do with my hair! I'd like something different than what i would normally do to my hair, but I don't want to get it professionally done- I want to be able to do it at home. Any ideas? Thanks!

If your hair is short, you may just want some sparkly matching clips. Longer hair looks excellent in curls, so have your mom or friend help you put it in a clip in the back and have curls coming down. Try parting your hair to the side or diagnally, and have a few sexy tendrils if your hair doesn't poof out much. Make sure to use lots of hairspray, because dance floors are hot, and your hair has to survive all that twirling and sweat for pictures.

it depends on your hair! if your hair is thick and curly gel it or straiten if its long then either half up and curled or all curled. if it id short then keep it straight and put a clip in it of your choice! i recommend looking at magazines and going on the web for more ideas if i didn't help! good luck and have fun at your dance!!

i would do a half pony tail, with big luxurious curls. i think that would look nice
