Apples and baby carrots fit well in small fridges and are easy, quick things to grab when you're hungry. You can also try getting some chicken salad at the store and you can put those on crackers and eat them with grapes if you need protien.

When I lived in a dorm with a 3 ft fridge, my usual grocery list would look like this:
canned soup
bread
deli meat and cheese
carrots
peanut butter and jelly
apples, oranges
yogurt
granola
tortillas
cheddar cheese
I ate yogurt and granola for breakfast, sometimes cereal with milk. For lunch I would have a sandwich or a quesadilla made with tortillas and cheddar cheese warmed in the microwave. Soup and vegetables would make a good dinner. If you are into salad, buying a bag of mixed greens with some other salad veggies is quick, easy, and healthy.
For a snack or a small meal I would put deli meat and cheese on Ritz crackers and warm them in the microwave.
Good luck!

Shop the outside edge of the grocery store. Eat fresh fruits and vegies. Bagged salad doesnt take up a lot of room. Avoid empty calories, like ramen noodles. Eat foods as close to the natural state as possible. Meat is a little more difficult, but try to avoid anything super processed.

cup a soup, pot noodles, oatmeal, tea, coffee
That way you can keep them without refrigeration; Get a hot pot (electric kettle) to make them. Use the fridge for drinks, leftovers, fruits & vegs, condiments like ketchup, mayo, cold cuts, etc.
You have no freezer, so you won't be able to make many hot meals, also you have no cooking area so the hot pot is easy and quick.
I survived college on peanut butter. You can use it on ice cream, sandwiches, bagels, pretzels, celery, apples. Its the best. Sometimes you can just eat a tablespoon when you are hungry.
Crunchy or Creamy, well, you have to answer that-you know what you like!
Good luck!

Apple: rich in minerals and vitamins, it can also cope with hunger
tomato, celery and baby carrots do not need cooking at all.
whole wheat bread for carb
milk/soy milk/cheese/eggs for protein
Don't forget nuts! They're rich in nutrient and do not need to be placed in fridge.

If it was me, I'd have different cheeses, crackers, salad makings and a dressing. Fruits as well as juice. Good luck to you.

Don't forget the frozen entrees. Many entrees come in healthy selections, with fair prices.
