Well possibly but you if they come to your house ever than you shouldnt answer your door and maybe find a new place. you can also get a restraining order if they keep coming to your house. but i understand why you would do that. but its a little strange why some people give their dog achohol but dont worry your not the only one who does. i know a few people. well i dont know them personally but still. uhmm im not sure youll go to jail but maybe community service. but i doubt it. just try and give your dog less achohol no matter how mean it gets.good luck to the both of you
with lots of love,
trickeyy♥

"How should I deal with an abusive "dry drunk" ex?" Answer: Not at all. Get away from him. Make it hard-to-impossible for him to contact you. Get a better life. This guy is poison. As a husband he would be beyond a nightmare. Move if you can. Change your phone number, email address--eliminate any avenue he would have for contacting you. Even if he comes begging on his knees, even if (which isn't likely, of course), don't open yourself to further hurt and danger by accepting him back. Work on finding someone good for you, really good. If you need to, I suggest eHarmony (or similar)--it just makes sense, and it's far less likely you'll wind up with someone as bad as this ex-boyfriend is! Best wishes. And there are good answers, too, above mine.

Yes you will get in trouble.
ummm, your not supposed to give alchohol to dogs.
Your asking for help in your question so this is my advice.
Dress your dog up in a little dolls dress (so as to disguise him from the authorities)
Then steal a car and flee to the border (mexico - if you are in the states)
Then you and your dog will make prime time (or Americas Most Wanted) and will be given celebrity status as the '07' Bonnie & Clyde!
Good Luck

You purposefully caused an accident, AND stole your dog while you were mistreating it.
You should get in trouble. I'd say anywhere from community service to... a few months in jail.
Why the hell would you give a dog alcohol?
Now you have an alcoholic dog.

You shouldn't have given him scotch in the first place. Try adding less alcohol every time, and eventually stop. If you are concerned, then go to the vet for help.

I have a problem with the story and that is why wouldn't they have already had you in jail. I think you are a great story teller but you have to come up with a better ending.
Just in case this is not just a story , What are you nuts?

Your crazy and you should have your dog taken away! Why would you give an animal alcohol? It is bad enough for humans, who chose to drink it but a dog? Their helpless, now your poor dog is addicted to it. :(
