Also what kind of makeup should i wear, to school i usually just wear lipgloss and mascara

it depends where you are going. if your going to a movie or diner wear something nice/cute. your to young to be wearing a fancy dress. try jeans and a cute top with lots of jewlery. and heres a tip guys like curly hair A LOT! for your makeup try some powder and eyeshadow in addition. bring gum ,your phone, and money in a cute purse to match. good luck!

Well, it depends on what kind of activity you will be doing- but usually, a nice pair of jeans, a nice sweater or shirt, and sneakers cover all bases....if you wanted to look more dressed up, wear a nice pair of shoes, such as heels. however, you dont want to go and look to overdressed, because that can get uncomfortable...end of story, wear something comfy, cute, and not over the top,...as for make up, keep with mascara and lipgloss, add some blush, and maybe a little of a golden eyeshadow...

lipgloss and mascara are great. If you have an older sister who can help you with eyeliner (hard to do yourself even if you're older) and eyeshadow, do that too.
Wear what you would wear at school, only one step dressier. You want to feel comfortable in your clothes.
Brush your teeth, brush your hair. Have fun!

How exciting! :) I'd say nothing too short or revealing. You don't want your man distracted from what you're talking about with him! :) Wear something that you're comfortable in; jeans, a nice cute top (no t-shirt), etc.
As for makeup, what you said sounds good. I wouldn't do any more than that, or it'll look to "fake"
