Biolage Volumatherapie Shampoo, Conditioner, and Spray Gel combo set. Its not advertised to make your hair grow, but it does. I work in a large office. About a year ago I purchased the combo from a salon because I have straight flat hair. I used it and for months I was being stopped and told how great my hair looks. Its soft, shiney and thick. Then after that, I started to get comments on how long it has become. I gave up my secret to a few of the other girls at my work, and their hair started to grow super fast. I went from a style just gracing my shoulders, to below my bra strap in less than 6 months. All the others had the same happen to them. Its hard to believe, but I swear to it. We look like an office full of hair models. I still get stopped in the grocery store, elevators, etc. Try it. It works.

I agree with Dominique. Mane and Tail is the best. You can get it at Sally's beauty supply or probably any other beauty supply store

There aren't really any proven products that will grow your hair longer.

prenatal vitamins [they won't hurt you if you are not pregnant, according to my ob/gyn] and biotin...
