Explain to her why it is important to wipe: to avoid smelling and possibly offending others and to avoid possibly getting yeast infections (among other infections). If she's reasonable that should do the trick:-)

Push her down in the mud a whole lot so she'll have to take lots of baths in place. Or lie to her & tell her that's how the plaque got started. Which it kinda sorta did...but yeah. You should tell her that.

How old is your cousin?? I don't think there is anything you can do. Except maybe tell her mother. I'm interested in how you got this info. Does she already smell? Did she tell you?
