How do you tell someone that you haven't been with that long that you Love them without scaring them off or making them feel like you are moving way way way to faSt? i mean when i met my b/f i told him from the start that i was coming out of a bad break-up and i didn't want anything serious he told me he understood and that he would take it as slow as i wanted so that told me right there that he was interested in me for me and not for what i could give him or do for him. We found out we had alot in common and than things got serious i fell for him hard. I want to tell him i love him every time i see or talk to him but he's been married before so i know he is gonna be a little more guarded so how do i tell him I love him?

Some guys can tell just by the way you look at them and the way you treat them if you love them or not. I can understand him being guarded but to me the best thing to do is simply say it if you feel it. Guys sometimes aren't the brightest in reading feelings. Just blurt it out when it comes to mind. If it scares him a little, oh well. Divorced or not, he may be flattered and who's to say he doesn't love you too? Good luck with it--I know it's not easy putting your heart out there.

you can tell him without words by your attitude and how you talk to him and just being with him rather than anyone else --- if he is listening he will know
