Should Necrophila be Illigal? What is Necrophila? Is that where you screw Yo Mama? Nothing wrong with that. Do It To Her.

Necrophilia is certainly an interesting subject. For those of you who don't know, the word element 'necro' means dead. As in dungeon and dragon stories the 'necromancer'. 'philia' means love. A pedophile is someone who loves little children in the bad way. A.k.a. Michael Jackson.
Now down to business. Necrophilia is disgusting in the eyes of people who have had NORMAL sex before, but obviously...necrophiliacs don't think so. I am 14 and haven't had sex, but I still get kind of queasy thinking of getting sexual pleasure from a DEAD body. Perhaps necrophiliacs are unmarried men who decided that they will never become part of a husband-wife relationship (to have sex unguiltily) and prey on dead people who can't do anything about it.
Should it be illegal? Well, I haven't really heard of any necrophilia cases to be honest. If I had heard of some, I would be offended because what if the creepy person just did it with a person you know? 99.99% of dead people still have someone they know that's still alive. Wouldn't that be cruel? I mean, think about it. Your...uh...good friend dies. He's not cremated (not trying to scare anyone). Anyway, this necrophiliac sexually assaults your friend. It would be even worse if the necrophiliac was the cause for your friend's death. That's definitely questionable by law.
I don't know how necrophiliacs happen to find dead bodies lying around unless they kill them, so it would be illegal.

Well I guess it is legal in some states kinda but not all, some just don't have a "for instance" like Wisconsin. A person can be charged with something different but not Necrophilia. So even in a state that doesn't have a law on Necrophilia, you will most likely get arrested for something related.

Man charged with necrophilia

Durban, Jan 15: A man was arrested in a small town in the Eastern Cape of South Africa, charged with necrophilia, police have said.

The region's police said the 43-year-old man was arrested yesterday in Hofmeyer for allegedly violating a grave and having sex with a 50-year-old dead woman who was buried a week ago.

Police Liaison Officer Captain Erris Claasen said the family made the discovery when they visited the grave site of their loved one a few days ago.

"Some of the relatives went to visit the deceased woman's grave but to their shock found the cement slab covering the grave opened," he said.

"When family members looked into the grave, they found the coffin lid unscrewed and the coffin was moving.

"One of the relatives jumped into the grave, opened the coffin and found the man on top of the woman's body, her death shroud removed and the suspect allegedly having sex with her." The police captain said the relatives called the police and the suspect was arrested.

"The corpse was removed from the grave and sent for a DNA test", he said.

The suspect has been charged with violating a grave and having sex with a corpse. The suspect is also awaiting trial for other sexual offences

Many people who support necrophelia say that it is a victimless crime. I do not believe that this is the case. The victims are the friends and family of the person who's body is being violated. Plus, it shows a real lack of respect for the dead.

It generally is illegal.
I believe Webster's defines necrophilia as: "that irresistible urge to crack open a cold one"
If somebody is having that much trouble connecting with living people, maybe they need to remove themselves from the gene pool.

Only perverts do this and I haven't heard of a law prohibiting this act but, MY GOD! Have pity on the dead, they are helpless but that doesn't mean they no longer deserve respect. Would you want someone to do this to you when you're dead?

This has been happening for thousands of years and it won't stop now, illegal or not. I find it sad and disrespectful toward the dead!
