Go to Nissan dealer and buy the entire 60K kit. It includes EVERYTHING you need to change for the 60K miles service. The price is around $400. Labor is appart, or you can do it yourself if you have the knoledge and tools (good shop tools needed).
A Nissan original Service Mechanic Book is good to have for this as well if you don't have a clue on what to do, but on that case i DO NOT RECOMEND for you to do this as you have 99% chances of not doing it right. The VG30DE (the engine) is a very tricky and "picky" engine to work on.
You can also change Spak Plugs, and check the Hardness. A typical problem with the VG30DE is that after many years, the injectors and the coils electrical plugs start to fail. Nissan sell the replacements, but you must cut and re-wire the conections unless you change the entire Hardness (can only be done taking out the engine).
Somebody mentioned the Head Gaskets. Obviously this person have no clue about the VG30DE. It is complicated and way deeper to do that job. If is an old engine, you risk to stark leaking oil and/or water after you change the Head Gaskets unless you send both heads to a machine shop to check and fix them. After that, you will not be able to "clock" the timing belt anymore to stock position, so you need to know how and where to align the belt. I do not recomend to do this unless necessary.

Hard to say without seeing the car.Do a physical inspection of hoses, plugs, wires etc.You might want to replace the valve cover gaskets since they are cheap.

Head gasket near the timing belt??? what the hell is HE workin on???
the timing belt tentioner as well as the serpintine drive belt tentioner and i would make sure all the intake seals are new and not reused...i'm talking about the "o" rings ...some gasket kits don't include them in an intake set and they expect you to clean and reuse the old "o" rings
