and i am EXTREMELY dissappointed with it. how can i contact the company to complain? i can't fnd their website and i want to know how...the company name is NextPlay.

i already took it back. and i'd like to let the company know so it will help other people in the future...believe me i've written up things before and instantly the stuff has changed sweetheart.

Go ahead and complain if it makes you feel better. I doubt anything will instantly change. You may be sure they already know the camera is a piece of crap.

Did you leave a rating on the Target website? I notice the camera was rated one star with bad reviews, but what were they expecting?

Next time spend about 3 times as much and get an entry level real camera.

sadly there's not a lot that will probably happen, it's like with anything else you buy...you get what you pay for. The only thing I suggest is to take it back to Target and trade it for a different one.
