Vets can tell the general age of a dog by its teeth - but this is just a general guess. Based on your description, you're describing a pretty old dog.

you can usually tell by looking at its teeth the younger the puppy is the more pink it is but that dosnt mean older dogs dont have healthy teeth to a middle age dog the teeth should be a more sharp angle at the tip and an older dpg the teeth should be a little dull the really wont be as sharp as they use to when it was young.

well the breeder/ shelter should tell you when you got her. but i assume shes pretty old. maybe 8-14 maybe 15. you could take her to the vet.
