Actually, we use this for "brunch" on the weekend. Fried chicken, homemade chicken gravy, mexican rice, biscuits, coffee, fruit juice. Good hearty meal that sticks with you for hours. You can have pork tenderloin and make gravy out of the drippings, you'll have to add a little shortening. Any meat can be used. We have found that pork and chicken are the best with the mexican rice (made like you use for dinner, spices and all!) If you have room, eat fresh fruit or a fresh pie for desert.

Country fried steak, biscuits and sausage gravy.

Pecan waffles with butter and maple syrup, bacon cooked crispy, raisin bread toast w/butter, hash browns, scrambled eggs (well done), country cured ham, chocolate milk, OJ and water.

Eggs over easy so I can dip my toast in the yolk, sausage and/or bacon, homefries and coffee!

I love pancakes with over medium eggs so I can dip my pancakes in the yolk.It grosses my boyfriend out,but I love it!

my great grandmother's pancakes and my mother's biscuit and gravy... it is so rare that I eat a hot breakfast, but these are the best.
