I was reading a story in a magazine talking about a woman with Scabies, she said that when she went out into the cold, the bugs were falling off of her, is that possible?

I doubt it because they burrow IN to the skin. Yuck!

One of the major signs of bed bug bites are raised red bumps that are often found in a distinctive linear arrangement on the skin. Skin rash and intense itching may result from the bites, but the itching can take several minutes to a few hours to develop. You will also see new bite marks every morning after you wake up since bed bugs will continue to feed when you are asleep.

Probably NOT. They go under the skin, and lay their eggs. Then the eggs hatch, and it makes you itch like there's no tomorrow. Often times, they go for the waist line, and they go in a line, a long your waist. Then, they spread to other warm places. You need a topical solution to kill the scabies. ~~~~~~~

No I don't think so...scabies actually burrow under the skin, so they wouldn't fall off of you.
