Okay, so here's the deal...
In the past, my boyfriend and I have made out really just in places outside (in the park, by fountains at night, etc.)
A couple weeks ago, we were in my house and I had to get something from my room, so he came with me. When we got through the door, we started kissing and he sortof eased my shirt up a little and tried to move us towards my bed. This took me by surprise and I was a little uncomfortable with the situation then, so I was like "come on we've got to go" and got what I needed and left the room.
My boyfriend is coming over to my house again this weekend because there are these movies we want to watch. We'll probably watch them in my room. I really feel now like I'm comfortable with it and want to up things to the next level (like making out on my bed without a shirt or some feeling you know) How can I let him know this in a cute/sexy way without telling him in words? like how can I let him know when I start kissing him and stuff

You won't have to. He'll try again.
The trick is telling him you don't want to go all the way without him thinking that you are a tease. If, however, he already knows that you are not ready for that and has accepted that fact, it shouldn't be a problem. If he doesn't already understand that, it's the only thing you'll need to tell him. But you'll want to do it before he comes over expecting to go "all the way" or at least hoping for it. If you wait until the moment to tell him, you will ruin his day--BIG TIME.

When you start kissing him rub your hands around his private parts, he'll end up getting off real quick then you can watch your movie without him aggravating you, or don't wear a bra under a very light see thru top and squeeze your nipples a little before he walks in, those sweet tips pointing out will let him know and if he can't figure it out get an older boyfriend. Did I tell you I am 16?

Most likely he will try on his own so just let him go as far as you want. When he tries to do something your not ready for just move his hand where you want it.
