I stay their, i'm not gonna get too into it, however it is somewhat a sit back non violent city. even if tremendous, the little ones their smoke lots and are somewhat ghetto, faculties are solid, it is kinda dull yet there is activities often times, and that's a extraordinarily small city, so each and everything is with walk/motorcycle distance. The rents are round 900-1200 for a 1bedroom round grismer( the most inexpensive section if burbank and the position I stay) however that's a very good position, goo success!!!

it's definitely you, here are the reasons why Burbank is not even close to being the best city:
1. High car theft in burbank, i use to live there and got my car broken into 7 times from diff. neigborhood.
2. Air is not great either.
3. Too close to crappy Sunland next door.
4. Homes resale value are not as high as certain neighborhood.
5. the homes in the area are not that new and nice unless u are towards the mountain.
6. The streets are too narrow compare to Orange County.
The best place to live in Orange County, Aliso Viejo, Irvine, Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa, Fountain Valley.
reasons are:
clean air, near beach, streets are wide, homes are much nicer, easy access to store, shop, and amusement park...Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, etc....

Maybe you need to get out more.
Best city in California? Hardly.
Best city in Greater Los Angeles area? Probably not.
Best city in the Valley? Maybe.
There are probably more movie theatres per square mile than anywhere else on earth, I will give it that.

I am not a fan of Burbank at all.
Too far from the beach.
Crummy air.
Poor school system.
