Im a figure skater if I wanted to coach what would I do?

First, try and see if you can subsitiute for the learn to skate (group lessons) classes at your rink. Sometimes the coaches can't make it and at my rink they let teens substitute for them. (I do it a lot). Some rinks they won't let you do that, though so maybe you could ask a coach if they would let you help with the larger learn to skate classes. That way, you will get experience.

Once you've done that for a while, then you can try and become a private lessons coach. Start by trying to coach beginning skaters, and then you can move on to more advanced skaters.

Being a Coach is easy, not being involved with the political bickering of the skater parents is harder. Good Luck!!!
