Anyway, dude, I think you mean one of two things:
1) the top of the internet explorer windows says something like 'microsoft internet explorer by yahoo'. This is what we call 'branding'; it's just a title. The program is no different. If you want to get rid of it here are some tips: http://help.expedient.com/browsers/removebranding.shtml
2) there is a big yahoo toolbar; to remove this go to start menu > settings > control panel > add/remove programs and remove the Yahoo toolbar.
