Why does anyone think that someone else can attone for your 'so called' sins? Only you can ask forgiveness, only you can right your wrongs. Jesus was a great man. He died. He did nothing for us, because he lived 2000 years ago. Why do people live in such fear of living their lives? If you think, really ponder and pray, God will show you that we are all connected to him. Not thru Jesus. He was one of us. Just a man. Then you will see how much hate and sin erupts from man made religion.

"True Christians are good people"
That's funny to me. So I guess all the murders that happened during the crusades and during the inquisition were just like....Oops, well you should have known better. Religion has nothing to do with whether or not you are a good person. I have noticed that alot of people who argue in the Bible's defence, have never actually researched the truth of it. Mostly they just ask their priest or father or any other church member. Talk about Bias. But, hopefully God will show you one day the truth of it, as he has shown me. Maybe he already has, maybe he is doing it right now. God gave you a brain, start thinking for yourself.

Because they have faith. I'm not saying that's an adequate justification for adhering to such a ridiculous belief, but that IS "why".

Yes, he died about 2000 years ago. If Jesus was a normal dead man then why is there an EMPTY TOMB in Jerusalem today? If he was a normal dead man the body wouldn't have disappeared from a guarded tomb after just 3 days. No ifs, no buts, just one simple fact: Jesus wasn't a normal dead man. He was special! Very Special.
You don't like man made religions, good, so go to a God made religion: Your local Christian Church.

Jesus said "I am the Way the Truth and the Life, no one comes to the Father but by me" and "Except a man be born again, he cannot enter the kingdom of Heaven" and people WANTED Jesus dead because He claimed equality with God and the ability to forgive sins.... these things are not only in the Bible but also in the writings of those alive in the time... and they werent even His followers. So if He said these things, which no one at that time refutes... then he cannot be a "great man" like you say.

Hello Taz,

Dear, Please read the scripture so that you can get an understanding, because the word of God says- NO man can get to the father without the son, you have to accept Jesus as lord and savior or you will perish.

The word say Jesus is Authority and Judge. John 5:22 says For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the son:

Although Jesus want s everyone to be saved-so mush so that he died for the world- He eventually will sit in judgment to condemn those who reject him. Please Taz, study to show thall self approval.

You are a liar and a blasphemer! The only way to get to the Father in heaven is through accpeting Jesus as your Personal Savior.

John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me

Romans 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

John 3:17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

The word of God says you are a liar.

in the previous Jesus got here on the scene human beings nonetheless refereed to their Redeemer, savior, etc they only did not be attentive to Jesus by using call like we do as we communicate. yet returned then if one exchange into an honorable godly guy often could bypass to heaven. I even have self belief people who've in no way heard the gospel are immediately accepted. My opinion is kinda scattered, i be attentive to those that have self belief in Christ would be saved, yet people who don't i even have not got self belief they burn for all eternity, particularly hell could advise eternal separation from God. which might make experience. in case you probably did not % Him in life why could you in dying. besides the undeniable fact that, the 2d you die and stand in the previous God you will at once exchange right into a believer, b/c you spot His majesty. i don't likely be attentive to how that entire difficulty works, yet neither does every person else b/c they have not been there.

You are wrong. No man can atone for his sins apart from an eternity separated from God, that is the just punishment required by the law. Jesus' death was sufficient to pay the penalty. This is only true because He is God. Had He been a mere man His death would have not even been worth symbolism.

Because when you're convinced you are in danger, that there is something you need to be saved *from*, you'll latch onto anything that gives the illusion of protection.

Take our current president, for instance. He has held onto his presidency by creating an atmosphere of tension and fear, along with the illusion that he is capable of protecting us from the "somethings" that are evidently certain to happen. I mean - how often do you hear about terrorism from this president, when there has not been ONE single terrorist attack on the United States in over five years?

Jhn 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

2Ti 1:9 Who hath saved us, and called [us] with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began,

Islamic clap-trap. Jesus was prophesied of, birth and death. And not one word was uttered that show Mohammad is anything.. His teaching of a different salvation and a different Jesus show him to be nothing more that a servant of Satan.. A lair and a fraud.... Jim
