I was going through a pretty rough time. My now husband was holding me and I said "Thank God for you" and came back with "I love you too". Then he said I just needed to remember who said it first. We have been together for 12 years and will be married 10 in June. ;)

when a man said that to me the first time during sex, He didn't mean it he was just in the heat of it all....I would say ask him, Why not I think the best thing in a relationship should be communication. If he doesn't even remember it then you 2 need to have a long talk

where are your morals? He means it about as much as anyone can in a month...or if the are liking the feeling of what is happening. True love takes time. If all he wants is sex....and he knows he can get it from you, you may never know. If he wanted to find the person inside of you and possible love you, he could have done that without sex.

He said it after I said it 6 months into our relationship I had to be the ice breaker 5 years later we are still together. I don't know if I would believe it if he said it during sex and that early into the relationship

I FELT THE SAME AS U, IT WAS A MONTH AFTER AND IT WAS ON VALINTINES DAY, WHEN WE WERE HAVING SEX ALSO AND HE JUST SAID IT, I THOUGHT OK, BUT THEN LIKE A WEEK LATER WE WERE DRIVING AND THEIR WAS NO RADIO ON AND HE SAY IT IN A REGULAR VOICE "LOVE YOU" AND I LOOK AT HIM AND HE'S LOOKING AT THE ROAD, I SAID WHAT THEN HE SAYS IT AGIN AND SAYS " DO U LOVE ME TOO" I WAS SHOCKED, AND TOLD HIM YES HIS FACE LITE UP AND SMILED, NOW WE HAVE BEEN TOGETHER FOR2YRS

no he did not mean it guys seem to think that us girls want to hear it during sex.My b/f said it about 5 months and my brother made me cry he said it to me and boy did it mean a lot at that time and still does now when he say it.

When my boyfriend said I love you it was when we were at our favorite restaurant at our 1 year anniversary of dating. At dessert he gave me a ring that said I Love You... it wasn't a proposal or anything but it was sweet lol.
