HI, i got the number from a girl two days ago at bar, when i should call back,, and what i should talk.. should ask her on date on phone or wait..

Generally you should wait 3 days. I know it sounds cliche but there were actually surveys done to strongly support this.
Your conversation should be brief and to the point, don't try to talk longer on the phone than you need to. Say hi, identify yourself, and then tell her you're going to get some coffee/tea and that she should come with you for good conversation. Agree on a time and place, tell her to be on time and that you don't like flakes, and make sure you hang up first.

I don't believe in waiting to make the first call. You could have called her the very next day just to say "It was very nice meeting you". Girls love that and it shows that your still interested even after the booze wears off. You can ask her if she'd like to go out again sometime and if she says "yes", just tell her you'll call her back in a few days to arrange the details. Done. First phone call out of the way. She knows your interested and the second phone call will not be as nerve racking. Good Luck.

just have a friendly conversation about anything and everything, find a common ground, don't rush the second date, don't seem to desperate or needy, act like your Donald trump, like you the busiest guy in America, she'll appreciate it when you guys do go on the a date" meaning she wont stand you up" but call, and get to know each other.....then go from there, you'll be able to tell if she a good nice girl, or a true slut who want to party...all the time. then you can make your move.....

She would not have given you her phone number if she did not want you to call her. Call her and ask her out if thats what you want to do. That is likely why she gave you her number anyway!

See how the conversation goes. Make some small talk, get to know her a little better. If she seems into it, ask if she'd like to go out sometime. Don't do it right off the bat. And when you do ask and she sounds excited, suggest a day. And have a couple of ideas of what you'd like to do. I hated the whole "what do you wanna do?" "I dunno, what do YOU wanna do?" conversation. Good luck!

just call her and start small talks findout what she likes, if she has a special person in her life, if not see if she interested in going on a date with your and develop it from there

Call her now. She gave you her number for a reason.
Talk about anything that might interest her.... ask her what her interests are.
and yes, ask her out! (unless her interests involve contract murder or something...)
