well you can always tell him that, lol get down on one knee ha ha roll reversal, he wouldn't be able to say no then! but you can leave him a nice card on valentines, with a crypitic message, let him figure it out, maybe something that leads him to you, but not to hard!

bofore you ask him out in a different way in case you havent yet start hinting out that you have feelings for him and see if he hints bak that he has feelings for you too!

first of all you should ask him out,to see if he wants to be closer to you...and if so...during the date it might come to a kiss...then you don´t have to ask him at all...sometimes less is more...
