It means "laughing my (beep) off"
lol means "laughing out loud"
roflmao means "rolling on floor laughing my (beep) off"
If you find one that starts with rofl or has lmao or somethin' else in it just think for a minute with the other letters it gives you like roflmmfao is rarely used but it means "rolling on floor laughing my mother (beep)in (beep) off"
If you can't figure it out just look up "Internet acronyms" on google and find a link and look it up on that

In my arrogant opinion
it could mean
laughing my *ss off -- it depends upon the interpretation of the first letter -- capital I (as in Iris) or lower-case l (as in lower).
You needn't be sorry -- it is confusing.
