He works in my building; I see him often although I usually don't work directly with him. He's not seeing anyone last I heard. I get "vibes" from him all the time--he brushes against me and touches my arm when he talks to me. He always seems happy to see me.

I think if a person touches you, they are interested. What do you think? Should I ask him out? And why do you think he hasn't asked me? We're not youngsters!! We're both in our 30s.

You should go ahead and ask him out if you are interested in him and if you think that he likes you too. He may have not asked you because he is either scared, thinks your with someone, or a couple of other reasons. that same question could be used on you... Why haven't you asked him out?

I would give him a few little hints to see if he will ask you out. You really don't want to change him from being happy to see you to feeling uncomfortable around you. Just start flirting more heavily and see where it takes you. Do let him know that you are available!

It sounds to me, like he is attracted to you. If your also attracted to him, then there's nothing wrong, with a woman asking a man out. Maybe he's just really shy, and can't work up the courage to ask you. Go ahead, and have fun!

Give the man a chance to make his move, before you start rushing things. If he plans to ask you out, he'll do it on his own time.

I think you should ask, what`s the worst thing that could happen? Just ask him casually and see what happens.
