Too easy. Use your own words. Fry or grill then heat them with fresh tomatoes and put the butter on to melt afterward. Land o lakes is about the best butter there is.

Here's a good, tasty and quick pork chop recipe.
3 Tbls Olive oil
2 med onions, halved and sliced
3 large cloves garlic, minced
2 cans tomato sauce (8 oz each)
1/2 c water
1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper
4 pork chops 1/2 -3/4 inch thick
Heat oil in a large pan. Add onions and garlic, cook 5 minutes or until onions are soft. Stir in next 4 ingred. Bring to a boil then add pork, cover and simmer 8 minutes turning chops occasionally until pork is cooked through.
Serve with rice and peas and carrots; a green salad and apple crisp for dessert.
I love it. Enjoy!

Go to Allrecipes.com (great site!) and search "Baked Pork Chops I". It's a really good recipe. I just made it for the first time a couple weeks ago and my husband loved them!!

Dice them up and stir fry them with oyster sauce. Some celery, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, onions. All cheap things and at every market. Dilute the oyster sauce and thinken with cornstarch at the end.
