go to a hair stylist they won't make fun of you like most people think. they will help you decide on a style you want. a trim will shape yer hair and make it look nice.

My wife used to call me a mullet so whats wrong with being or having a mullet? ha ha, but you should cut you own hair like I have for years.you bring it all up to a certain level and cut it.just keep combing it UP.and to the sides. then cut it all at the same level and length above your head.and to the side of your head.its easy once you practice.I have cut many peoples hair and they all loved it .I did have a person who cut hair well.show me. but if you practice you will get the hang of it.hang of it . get it?

Yeah..it's best to start growing with your hair at all the same lengths.

at some point you have to even it out, so you might as well even it out now and let it grow out at the same length.
