Nope. If the officer did not take your names or personal information, you can bet that he/she was just ensuring that the building was not being vandalized/burglarized and the warning was all you'll get.

If I understand the question correctly, then yes you can get in trouble. Not for taking the pictures, but possibly for trespassing on private property. Most state laws say that the owner or representative can give a verbal warning to leave the premises and a subsequent return can be a arrestable offense. The warning can also be given by signs etc. Sounds like the officer was looking out for the best interests of the property. Don't return if you were legally told not to, and you shouldn't have any problems. Hope this helps.

If there were signs that read "No Trespassing" and you were there afterhours then you can definitely get in trouble. If there weren't then you can't. Also, if he left, then you're already in the clear. Stop worrying, the cop was just warning you. If you were going to get in trouble, it would be apparent.

doubt it, if he was just warning you then it's prob no big deal... but if you know people have been messing with this church then you should just be careful about appearances when you are there... just keep that in mind and everything will be fine...

Probably not, provided you weren't damaging the church at all. He was probably just checking on you guys. If he said not to go back at night, then don't.
