I wanna punish him by telling him. that if he uses that wireless internet off the neighbors (and they dont' even know.. and we do'nt even know which neighbors they are ) that I will not let him in the house. That he can only do it in his little house( There is a little room outside and separate from the house).

That's not that bad, it's just something i don't want him to do cause it's our house( not his ) and we're totaly against it.

Explain to him why he shouldn't do that and why you don't want him to do it. Tell him that if he doesn't stop then he will be kicked out of your house. It's your house and he needs to be following by your house rules if he wants to stay there.

Well, as far as I know, the use of another person's wireless Internet connection is still illegal.

Granted, if you have a wireless Internet connection, you are obligated to lock it down for your own protection. If you don't, you can bet that sooner or later, someone's going to connect to it - maybe even accidentally. Regardless, it's illegal to use it if you do not have permission.

Think of a car. You drive your car to work and you park it on the road. Just because it's there does not give someone else permission to use it. That's the way the courts see it.

I'd tell him not to do it at all, then rename his computer, "Internet Stealer". Eventually someone will see him and find him and report him.

Wireless internet signals are waves and even though they own the wireless device, they do not own the waves. Some people consider it theft of service but if they do not have the network password protected, they are allowing with a wireless connection access to the network. Wireless receivers are programmed to connect to the strongest available signal regardless of who owns it.

You should really get off his back. There are bigger issues out there than who's wireless signal he's using.

specific, yet Judaism replace into purely one among dozens of different tribal religions practised around the Meditteranean interior the years B.C. The Jews had their God, the classic Greeks had theirs, as did the Phoenicians, the Egyptians, the peoples of Spain, and the Celts of Gaul, and the German tribes, and the Illyrians of the Balkans, and so on and so on. Judaism is unique, because of the fact its the only one among those tribal religions which survives immediately. yet each and each between the classic religions preached that its very own human beings have been the specific favorites of their god/s.
