I agree 100% Its hard to say the things no one wants to hear but if you do it the right way it makes you a better person. Same with recieving it is hard to hear the things no one wants to say but will agian make you a better person if you listen and process it the right way.

I agree 100%. It takes a great strength to tell people the truth because for the most part, people don't want to hear the truth. To receive the truth requires that you put aside old idea's and beliefs often making your decision to do so unpopular to others.

Truth doesn't require "strength" it requires a simple understanding of the harm that one commits when speaking an untruth, and the consequences and simply choosing not to lie.
