First off, she has the right to not allow you to have a Myspace. She is caring for your safety. If you want to make one, then show her that you will take complete care of it and not do anything inappropriate. Also, show her that you and your sister can get along. Spend time with her doing things without fighting with her. Offer to play with her or help her with things.

First, go watch the "sloming" comercial... just because other people "do it" doesn't mean it is right or smart. Myspace is a home for pedophiles, (Pedophile: a person who hunts you down, penitrates your vagina / anus, then kills you). They constantly browse through pages searching for something that they "like" and then contact you as a child, someone that you would trust. You might think that is absurd, but it is very easy to adopt persona's of different people. You can easily switch between persona's of adult to child by fragmenting your sentences, reducing the cohesion of topic flow and simplifying the general structure of your sentences. Text based, it looks very 'childish' (children also tend to play with the font properties). There are statisitcs for all of this.
Now, understanding WHY your mother doesn't want you to have a Myspace page will make the next step easier. Lie. Say that someone "contacted you" on the page asking you to do rude things (depending on your age, most preteens tend to refer to sex and genitalia as "rude" or "gross", basic misunderstanding and parential imprinting to prevent premature sexual maturity) and say that he was "mean" (also, another age baised word. Possible to replace it with "threatening" or "scary"). If things go right, your mother will believe you learned your lesson and lessen her grip on you, but BESURE to have these "demands" on your Myspace page, not all parents are computer illiterate.
Finally, laptops are expensive. $900 for a "good" one, $600 for mediocre and $400- for ones that basically can't do ****. It may be more than a matter of trust, but also finances.

Well she told you to do certain things and you didn't do them. Siblings tend to bicker so I am going to not talk about that but she did tell you not to get a MySpace and you did. MySpace requires some thought in your actions because you have to take time to set it up so it's obvious that you deliberately went against her wishes.
If you want her to trust you, you have to act in a way that shows that you are trustworthy. You have to abide by her rules, be honest, and if you say you are going to do something you have to do it. It's going to take time to build trust but the sooner you start acting trustworthy, the easier it will be to show her that you can be trusted.

Obviously you shouldnt have done myspace, but your mother is never going to trust you unless you make yourself trustable. if she asks you not to do something, guess what? dont do it. Good behaviour and the respect of your mothers wishes will get you your laptop eventually. The more you cry and moan about not having these things the more it gets your mothers back up. i know it sux being controlled by parents but it is for your safety and she is looking out for you. Good Luck.

Ask her what you can do to get her trust back. Even if you think what she says is rediculas do it anyway. It will make her happy. Also start acting more reasponsible she will start to trust you more and more.
