Saw a LOT of movies
Went on a LOT of vacations, which were different and GREAT -
I started driving a van, of which I never did before, thought I would hate it, found that I love vans, and when I go on vacation, I take my wife, son, wife's sister, nephew, niece, son's three best friends, and their 3 moms, with us! We all talk about "the next vacation together" all the time. The mom's concluded, when the kids all grow up (age 13-19) and move away, the mom's and I will still go together on vacation. Life is good.
Got an ipod.
Went to a heavy metal concert (at my age; last year, 53). The bands I found were really good.
Only band I remember was Demon Hunter and we saw them at the House of Blues in Orlando. Bonus, when they came out with their next cd, they talked about, and showed video, of their visit to the house of blues. For my son and me, that was cool.
Got a turntable that I can hook up to my computer and download my 45's and lp's to the computer, make cd's of my old songs.
Now I can listen to all of them in my car. Life is good.
My employer moved to a new building. I have an office that looks out over palm trees, and a lake. Sweet...
They have a gym in our new office. I work out during breaks and lunch. More sweet...
And I started answering questions, asking questions on Yahoo Answers. FINALLY I have a hobby.

There's not enough time to list everything that has happened in the last week, much less the last ten years!

well im 13, so a lot happened since i was 3!!! lol, well the highlights of the past 10 years are,
we moved to Queens, from New York City,
i went to Poland to visit my grandmother for the first time,
i became fluent in two languages - Polish & English,
my baby sister was born in July,
i grew a lot taller,
i had to be on a digestion pill because my body digested food way to quickly,
i gained weight,
my father started his own buisness in New York
i got a dachaunt for my 8th birthday,
my mom told us she was pregnant (that was on Christmas),
my other baby sister was born (we are 10 years appart),
we got a mercedes benz,
then i moved from New York to Connecticut, we moved to a beautiful home with 4 bedrooms, and 5 bathrooms,
i discovered straighteners (i have curly hair which i hate),
i met my best friend Lynn,
i met my current boyfriend (konrad) on my 11th birthday & fell in love with him,
i got a computer,
we went out in 6th grade (then we broke up),
i found out my gradfather had cancer,
i got a cell phone,
in 8th grade konrad asked me out for the second time,
i started horseback riding & i love it,
my other grandfather died,
we got a new car (a lexus :]),
i had my first kiss,
my mom turned 40,
and now i am typing this while remembering how much i have changed through these past 10 years, when i look back at pictures i can't even imagine that i used to look like that. i remember how many great things have happened to me;; and how things would have never been the way they are today if we havent moved.
great question, it brought back soooo many memories!!! 10/10

I've done so much.

Graduated HS (1997)
Moved out of state (1999)
Graduated College (2003)
Moved back to hometown (2003)
Almost got married (2004)
Decided not to get married (2004)
moved out of state again (2004)
Decided to focus on me instead of getting a new boyfriend (2005)
Got a job/career that I LOVE (2005)
Became more financially stable (through smart choices, not a pay increase) (2006)
got my own place - no more roomates or Live-ins. (2007)

Geeze - I sound like a Marian Keyes novel! Haha

The veil has been lifted from my eyes, I do not blame others for pushing their views on me, I actually feel really sorry for them, because they think that is how the world actually works. I'm not a virgin anymore, I became a bigger b*tch! And, I respect people a lot more now, but I can't help feeling sorry for everyone else that can't see past their own nose.
