Ok, theres a girl i like coming round my house this week for dinner, and i plan on playing something to her on the piano, which without meaning to sound too big headed, i am pretty good at due to the fact iv been playing since i was 4. Now what i cant decide is whether to play somethin fast, technical and complicated like a beethoven sonata which will make her think im amazing on the piano - or shall i play something slow and not too complicated which doesnt show off how good i am to her, but is much more romantic. Girls, what would you prefer to hear if a guy was going to play to you?

Go for something slow and romantic but also something that shows her how talented you are without showing off, but it very much depends on what music your date likes.
It might be an idea to try and find out what her favourite tune is and play a variation of that for her.
Try to personalise what you play.

If she doesn't know anything about the piano, she'll be impressed with whatever you play, so you don't need to go for anything too virtuosic. Something Romantic, e.g. Schumann, Brahms or Chopin would be good.

Well I play Beethoven myself and it one of the funniest to play, however, you said you didn't want to seem arrogant. Well are you arrogant? Playing the piano is great, show it off. Play the sonata-Appassionata or Moonlight or Pathetique.

Sounds to me you will desire to circulate on and discover somebody who gets exhilaration from the failings you do. She needs to close the door on the previous earlier she would be able to be something to you or every physique. some women think of they'd bounce from one relationship to a various merely simply by fact they do in comparison to being on my own and have confidence me the at the instant are not the type women every physique needs to be with. You sound such as you have a reliable head on your shoulders and don't choose any BS on your existence. appropriate needs in what ever you come to a decision. MOM1990
