Why should you have to organise all the legal paperwork before sex? Is it necessary to have a state-sanctioned union before you are allowed to experiment with your bodies? Aren't these things just natural?
This isn't a baited question, I heard someone say something interesting about how they thought about religion and marriage, I thought I'd ask people about it. And it's not really directed at Christians, but any religions who decide to choose this path

God created marriage. genesis 2:24
Just in the last century, the gvernment needed their hand to track and verify who's married and who's not.
This wasn't like this in the Jewish older custom.
