I found this in paper in my book, and just wondering what it meant.. I know very little spanish...?

Respectfully, I disagree with the first person's interpretation of the first part of this note. Translated into "correct" Spanish, it would read:

"Es que yo còmo quisiera que YA NO quisieras que tù te pudieras encontrar una persona que te pueda dar..." which means, "How I wish that YOU WOULD NOT wish that you could find a person who could give you... what I didn´t, we all have defects but what I think that you and I had was something that is gone, I don´t know why, but it´s not there anymore, when I see you I dont feel anything towards you, so I care about you as the good person you are and as a friend with whom I can chat."

So, whether it´s considered correct or not, the person who wrote the note wishes it were the OTHER person who wouldn´t wish to find someone else...

Gee... hope that makes sense :-)

What a terrible way to write Spanish.

It says something like this:

I would somehow like that you wouldn´t love me anymore and that you would find a person that could give you what I couldn´t. Yes, we all have defects but I think that what you and me had is gone, I don´t know why but it is not there anymore. When I look at you I don´t feel anything anymore, I only appreciate you as the good person you are and as a friend to talk to.

The translation provided by the first answerer is correct. To the second answerer, the writer of this note is using the Spanish equivalent of IM slang. In the same fashion in which speakers of English write "u" and "ur" on IM, (which is dumb, I admit), speakers of Spanish often use K instead of C because they think it looks cool, and replace QU with K as in "kieres" (quieres). The Spanish word "que" is nearly always written as "K" on instant messengers and informal e-mails.

first of all, the person who wrote it does not know how to spell properly because komo is supposed to be "como" and the person uses the "k" in the wrong places. and there's no such thing as the letter "k" alone in spanish, unless they're meaning to write "que". if it was more clearly written then i'd translate it for you, but since the person doesn't spell the words right in the first place, i can't exactly tell you what they were saying. hope you find out what it says!
