Move on. Theres probably not a whole lot you can do now. Try working out a lot like lifting a lot of weights. After a good session you are exhausted and usually cant thing really well. Go out with some friends on a weekend try a night club or just stay in and play some video games or cards. Basically just keep yourself distracted and eventually you will realize the hurt has gone away. Then when you think you're ready you can go and look for another girlfriend. I wouldnt try to find another one right away to make your ex jealous. That will probably just backfire and make you feel worse.

So sorry to hear about your girlfriend. My mother always says the same thing to me when things aren't going well. This too shall pass. Guess what....they always do. Give yourself a chance to heal and try again. Sooner or later you'll find someone who likes you as much as you like them.

Go out with the guys, keep yourself busy and realize that anyone that walks out your life is not worth you waiting for the them to walk back in.

its hard to get over someone u love but if you guys broke up then she didnt love you as much as u loved her your better off findin a girl that loves u equally this is probally the last thing you wanna hear but your better off finding someone hoo loves u just as much as u love them
