how old is he? If he is over the age of 18 he will b on eletoral role, if under 18 the mother will b on electoral role. Or contact a solicitor and they will issue a summonds and then ur husband can apply in court 2 c his son

Try the Salvation Army they do searches for people or get a good lawyer they expencive but worth it

I am in a similar situation to yourself,only its my ex sister in law who wont let my brother see his wee girl,my niece, i hope you get this sorted, goodluckx
