Love a good spinach salad. Diced eggs, bacon bits, 1/4 C olive oil, 1TBS curry, 1/4 water, 1/8 C red wine vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder 1 tbs soy sauce.

I don't like cooked spinach, but raw is awesome! I eat it every day in a salad for lunch. It tastes way better than lettuce and has an almost onion flavor in the background.. mmm.

I love it raw or cooked. My favorite is Creamed Spinach.

I love spinach, but only if it's not overcooked. Raw is OK, but I like cooked better.

i luv spinach! and it's really good for u - lots of good stuff esp vitamin a, vitamin c, iron, calcium! but best of all, it's a leafy green... lots of fibrous roughage!

I love it. Sautee in olive oil with lots of garlic on high heat for 30 seconds only, stirring the whole time to cook it all.
