does anyone know the average of how long it will take to grow out hair that is just over shoulder length?

Depends on your rate of hair growth, take one-a-day women's vitamin, trim your ends to remove spit ends, deep condition them once a week and you'll see the result in few months

well depending on the length it is now, i fyou take vitamins and drink water verse cola, your hair can grow up to 1 inch per month
