There is NO LAW stating that individuals have to pay a tax on their wages to the Federal Government.
See the film "Freedom To Fascism", it's on YouTube.

in simple terms wish you in no way finally end up able to choose guidance; your attitude will substitute particularly rapid then. i do no longer have confidence the regular public of individuals on welfare have become a loose experience, particularly those with little ones; that's a conflict (loose cable, and so on., yeah suitable). There are continuously those undesirable apples that income from any equipment and smash it for something and you detect "them" everywhere in existence. In right this moment's international, they say maximum everybody is in simple terms 2 pay exams faraway from that happening to them and that i've got confidence it. i think of there are too many different factors, ones far much less worth, the place our tax money are being wasted that must be addressed. So practice a splash compassion to your fellow guy. there's a asserting, "be careful of the feet you step on right this moment, they could be linked to the a*s*s you kiss the following day." i think of that still apples to particular circumstances and circumstances; you purely in no way understand. do no longer knock something which you, your self, could choose sometime.

No, the IRS does not exist, the people you read about in news that go to jail for tax fraud are fictious stories made up by the press, our very large gov't that spends very much money - it's all financed by donations, our highways and schools are all built by unpaid volunteers, military is all vlolunteers and work and die for no pay, teachers schools do not really exist, the judges that have ruled thousands of times that taxes/ IRS are legal they are only kidding, most federal judges work part time as clowns. The people you hear saying taxes are illegal and they do not pay them, why they wouldn't lie to you would they, they probably will not even make you pay to buy their book. 16th amendment to Constitution is a misprint. Are we clear now?

Yes, it is "legal".
Read Title 26 - Internal Revenue Code
There are many tax protesters currently getting free room and board (plus an orange jumpsuit) that have tried to claim otherwise.

Yes, of course, but the real question (I think) is why you don't think it is. Who told you that it isn't legal?

If you can't spell legal, I doubt that you would understand the explanation.
But, legal or not, if you don't pay your taxes, you go to jail.
Even you can understand that, can't you?
