I didn't start smoking till I was about 38, (now I"m 45) prior to this attempt, I had probably tried to quit at least 2 times before. Two weeks ago tonight, I quit for the 3 rd time. So far so good. I buy cinnamon discs and suck on them. I keep them wherever I was always smoking. For example, in the car, at the computer, after a meal. The major factor that is keeping me going this time, is me sharing with people that knew I smoke, that didn't, that I have quit. For instance, I told my boss and other co-worker today, that today makes two weeks of not smoking. They keep praising me for my hard effort. And they have really been super nice and tried not to stress me out by making me do more work. Once you get that praise, you don't want to let them down or yourself down. I also counted up how much I was spending a year on ciggy's and realized that was enough to pay a week's nice (not exuberant) motel bill. So now I"m planning on a mini-vacation with what I would have been spending on a very bad and addicting habit. You have to make the decision to quit and not people around you stating, "You need to quit that", that made me not want to quit. Good Luck.

seeing that you smoke that so much every day, your frame received adjusted having those poisons going for walks ur frame. That's why humans with extra severe drug disorders can truthfully die by means of quiting all of the sudden. You hav to take cut back your quantity of cigarettes probably each and every few weeks or some thing you are at ease with. The motive why you had been coughing and stuff (tryign not to smoke) used to be considering your frame used to be so used to having two-five cigarettes an afternoon. So each and every week you must cut back slowly from two-4cigarettes, then one more few weeks, two-three, then so on.

Each person is different, I can give you facts. If you quit once before, you can quit again. The patch is 22% effective and the gum is 19% effective. THE MAJORITY of people who quit, quit with no help, and no nicotine replacement. The first 24 hours are the hardest, after that, it might seem harder, but its all psychological. Good luck to you.

If you quit before you can quit again. Just do what you did while pregnant. The second hand smoke that your children are exposed to is worse than smoking while pregnant.

I quit a month ago with Nicotrol inhaler. It helps with the oral fixation need and it also helps with withdrawal.
