I've changed her food, she has plenty water, and the vet said she is fine.

So how come she keeps acting like she is about to barf? She has been doing this for weeks now.
She has thrown up a little maybe three or four times and it was like clearish-yellowish. She has never mated (or even had her monthly yet) so I know she isn't pregnant. I know she isn't eating too fast either cause sometimes she does it when she hasn't even eatin in awhile.

Some dogs do this for attention.
My dog did the same thing, with no real cause for it. The vet told me it could be for attention or some small irritant that we don't see. Possibly a toy she's chewing on something like that.

Benadryl does work. If she's a small breed break one in half and give it to her with peanut butter.

Please don't panic. there's no need to rush your dog to the vet,. Since you said your dog acts otherwise normal and active and if this is something that happens in the morning,it simply means that your dog is hungry and has an empty tummy.

You kind of answered your own question without even knowing it because you mentioned it usually happens when she hasn't eaten for awhile. Try g feeding her more often and making the meals smaller or you can give her a few treats so that her tummy isn't so empty.

I've gone thought the same thing with my pup, and the vet told me that a dog will vomit yellow or clear bile when he or she is hungry. I started feeding her a little snack before bedtime and when she gets up in the morning, and she's been fine ever since.

I also dded some links to let you know it's nothing you need to rush to a vet for. Good luck.

Is it in relation to when she eats? How many meals do you feed per day? I have a male dog who I believe may be hypoglycemic. If he goes many hours without eating, he will start to throw up bile (the clear/yellow liquid). A couple of times he has even had mild seizures, although his first set of bloodwork looked fairly normal. If you only feed her once per day, I would recommend feeding her 3 smaller meals per day - morning, afternoon, evening.

It could also be allergies. Find a really good quality of dog food... Dogs can often be allergic to the grains, corn, or beef in dog food.

Keep an eye on her and see if you can make a "pattern" out of it. As for her "monthly"... Dogs only come into heat about twice a year. Normal is every 6 months, but it can vary. Some dogs cycle every 4 months, others only once per year.

It's most likely an allergy to the new food. Try changing food gradually, mixing a bit more of the new food into her old food every day until she is eating only the new food.

Check the label on the food, the first ingredient should be meat, not corn or grain or meat by products.
