Fluid flow inside the body means to be pushed along by your circulatory system. By your bloodstream.

The units for flow can be mass per unit time or volume per unit time among others. Thus flow means fluid movement.

In order to have flow, the viscosity (resistance to flow) must be low enough such that the material can move, or flow from the influence of an outside force, ie. gravity.
