Use the person's first name, but not their full name. I don't want personal information, just their first name and the prayer request. Any person is welcome to share their request, no matter their belief. :) ~Jewel

Again, I have to ask, WHY DO ATHEISTS HANG OUT IN THE RELIGION & SPIRITUALITY FORUM? Regardless, I saw this sign in front of a church once & it stuck with me....."Prayer, the most you can do & the least you can do." People really underestimate the power of prayer. Put it in our own simple human hands to solve the problems of the world you say? I say WHY? when the maker of the universe is sitting ready, willing & oh, so much more than able to handle it for us. All it takes is a little faith and a little prayer.

Please help me pray for Alan....for God to heal his heart & mind. Thank you.

Pray that Christians will stop wasting their time on prayer and actually get out there and try to make the world a better place.

you know prayer wont do anything that cant happen on its own. and it doesnt increase one's chances of getting what they want.

if u take 1000 non-believers and 1000 believers, both will have the same probability of obtaining what they want. that is, assuming both sides are wanting the exact same thing. difference is, non-believers are more apt to go do something about it, whereas believers would rather someon else do it for them.
