disaster. The desperately poor population has cut down the trees for survival.
With no tree roots to hold soil, flooding is unchecked.Also trees attract rain.

Also the poor should have access to water, by building
TAPS in the enterance of shanty towns
Many poor people , break water pipes to get access to water , the results is water leaking all day.
